Does TRIMR upload my audio files?
No. All audio processing happens entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API. Your files never leave your device and are never sent to any server.
Which audio formats are supported?
TRIMR supports any format your browser can decode — MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A, WebM, and more. Export is available in WAV, MP3, OGG, and WebM formats.
Is TRIMR free?
Yes, completely free. No sign-up, no subscription, no watermarks — just fast, private audio trimming.
Why isn't MP3 export working?
MP3 encoding depends on the lamejs library loading correctly. If it fails, TRIMR will automatically fall back to WAV export. Try reloading the page or switching to WAV/WebM/OGG.
The waveform isn't loading — what do I do?
Make sure your file is a supported audio format. Try converting it to MP3 or WAV first. If the issue persists, send us a bug report with your browser name and version.
